
Baguette with Garlic Butter, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Vegetables and Grilled Crostini
Ingredients:
- Baguette with garlic butter:
- 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
- Grilled chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grilled vegetables:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 aubergine
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grilled baguette crostini:
- Several slices of BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
Preparation method:

Baguette with garlic butter:Heat the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter in the oven, according to the instructions on the packaging, until it is crispy and golden.

Grilled chicken:Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, thyme, salt and pepper. Grill over a medium heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until well cooked and slightly browned.

Grilled vegetables:Cut the bell peppers, courgette, aubergine and onion into large pieces. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until they are soft and lightly browned.

Grilled baguette crostini:Grill the slices of BakerVille baguette with garlic butter for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are crispy and lightly browned.

Serving:Arrange the grilled chicken and vegetables on a plate. Place the toasted baguette slices with garlic butter and the grilled crostini alongside.
