
Bruschetta Snack (Pesto, Cherry Tomatoes and Basil)
Ingredients:
- Baguette with garlic butter:
- 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
- Bruschetta:
- 100g green pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 200g cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
- A few fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:

Baguette with garlic butter:Cut the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter into slices and grill or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden.

Bruschetta:Place the cherry tomatoes in a bowl, add the chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to ensure the tomatoes are evenly coated. Spread an even layer of green pesto on each slice of crispy baguette. Top with the prepared cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with freshly chopped basil.

Serving:Arrange the prepared bruschette on a large plate or board.
