Cheese Board with Grapes and Garlic Crostini

Ingredients:
  • Cheese board:
  • 100g brie cheese
  • 100g camembert cheese
  • 100g gouda cheese
  • 100g blue cheese
  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 200g grapes (green and red, washed and divided into bunches)
  • Garlic crostini:
  • Several slices of BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Preparation method:
  • Cheese board:
    Arrange different types of cheese on a large cheese board or black slate. Cut the brie, camembert, gouda, blue cheese and cheddar into appropriately sized pieces. Place the bunches of grapes alongside the cheeses to create a colourful and appetising display.
  • Garlic crostini:
    Grill or bake the BakerVille baguette slices with garlic butter in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden. You can drizzle them with olive oil, if you want extra crispiness.
  • Serving:
    Place the cheese board, grapes and garlic crostini in the centre of the table. Everyone can create their own perfect snacks by combining various cheeses with grapes and crispy crostini.
