
Cheese Board with Grapes and Garlic Crostini
Ingredients:
- Cheese board:
- 100g brie cheese
- 100g camembert cheese
- 100g gouda cheese
- 100g blue cheese
- 100g cheddar cheese
- 200g grapes (green and red, washed and divided into bunches)
- Garlic crostini:
- Several slices of BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Preparation method:

Cheese board:Arrange different types of cheese on a large cheese board or black slate. Cut the brie, camembert, gouda, blue cheese and cheddar into appropriately sized pieces. Place the bunches of grapes alongside the cheeses to create a colourful and appetising display.

Garlic crostini:Grill or bake the BakerVille baguette slices with garlic butter in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden. You can drizzle them with olive oil, if you want extra crispiness.

Serving:Place the cheese board, grapes and garlic crostini in the centre of the table. Everyone can create their own perfect snacks by combining various cheeses with grapes and crispy crostini.
