
Salmon Snack – Cream Cheese, Dill, Cucumber, Smoked Salmon
Ingredients:
- Baguette with garlic butter:
- 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
- Snack:
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 bunch of fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 medium cucumber (cut into thin slices)
- 100g smoked salmon (cut into thin slices)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation method:

Baguette with garlic butter:Cut the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter into slices and grill or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden.

Snack:Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in the chopped dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Spread an even layer of cream cheese with dill on each slice of crispy baguette. Top with slices of cucumber and smoked salmon. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.

Serving:Arrange the prepared snacks with cream cheese, dill, cucumber and smoked salmon on a large plate or board.
