Spanish-Style Snack – Toasted Cocktail Sandwich with Cream Cheese, Rocket, Slices of Polish Sausage, and Black & Green Olives

Ingredients:
  • Baguette with garlic butter:
  • 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
  • Toasted cocktail sandwich:
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • 100g slices of Polish sausage (e.g. Krakowska dried sausage)
  • A few black olives (cut in half)
  • A few green olives (cut in half)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:
  • Baguette with garlic butter:
    Cut the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter into small slices and grill or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden.
  • Toasted cocktail sandwich:
    Spread an even layer of cream cheese on each slice of crispy baguette. Top with a few rocket leaves, Add a slice of Polish sausage, and halves of black and green olives. Drizzle each crostini with a little olive oil. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
  • Serving:
    Arrange the prepared crostini with cream cheese, rocket, Polish sausage slices, and black and green olives on a large plate or board.
