Double Beef Patty Burger with Guacamole

Ingredients:
  • 1 BakerVille MAXI burger bun
  • 2 beef patties (about 100g each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 2 tbsp guacamole
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Guacamole:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 small red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Preparation method:
  • Cut the bun in half and warm it up in the oven or on a grill. Season the beef patties with salt and pepper, then fry over a medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until well done. In the last minute of frying, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt. Meanwhile, prepare the guacamole: Mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl, add the chopped tomato, red onion, lime juice, salt, pepper and chopped coriander, and mix thoroughly. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun. Add the lettuce leaf, one beef patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, the second beef patty with melted cheese and 2 tablespoons of guacamole. Cover with the top half of the bun.
