
Fish Burger with Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 BakerVille Classic burger bun
- 1 white fish fillet (e.g. cod)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 slice tomato
- Tartar sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped pickled gherkins
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- Salt and pepper
