
Goat Cheese and Rocket Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 BakerVille Brioche Style burger bun
- 125g minced beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice goat cheese
- 1 handful rocket
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Preparation method:

Cut the bun in half and warm it up. Season the minced beef with salt and pepper, shape it into a patty, and cook over a medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side. In the last minute of frying, place a slice of goat cheese on top to melt. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of the bun. Add the rocket, goat cheese-topped patty, tomato slice and drizzle with honey. Cover with the top half of the bun.
