Grilled Aubergine Burger

Ingredients:
  • 1 BakerVille Rustic Style burger bun
  • 1 slice grilled aubergine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice feta cheese
  • 1 spinach leaf
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation method:
  • Cut the bun in half and warm it up. Brush the aubergine slice with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until soft and slightly golden. Spread hummus on the bottom half of the bun. Add the spinach leaf, grilled aubergine slice, tomato slice and feta cheese. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  • Serving:
    Serve immediately after preparation to enjoy the freshness and full flavour. The grilled aubergine burger is an excellent choice for a vegetarian meal.
