
Halloumi and Guacamole Burger
Ingredients:

- 1 BakerVille Brioche Style burger bun
- 1 slice halloumi cheese (about 100g)
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 slice tomato
- 2 tbsp guacamole
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Guacamole:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 small red onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Preparation method:

Guacamole preparation:Mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl. Add the chopped tomato, red onion, lime juice, salt, pepper and chopped coriander. Mix thoroughly.

Halloumi preparation:Fry the halloumi slice over a medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Bun preparation:Cut the bun in half and warm it up in the oven or on a grill. grillu.

Assembling the burger:Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun. Add the lettuce leaf, halloumi slice, tomato slice and 2 tablespoons of guacamole. Cover with the top half of the bun.
