
Pulled Pork Burger with Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 1 BakerVille Brioche style burger bun
- 150g pulled pork
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp coleslaw
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 slice pickled cucumber
Preparation method:

Cut the bun in half and warm it up. Warm the pulled pork in a pan with BBQ sauce. Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, add the pulled pork, coleslaw and a slice of pickled cucumber. Cover with the top half of the bun.
