
French Style Snack – Toasted Cocktail Sandwich with Blue Cheese, Pear Slices and Walnuts
Ingredients:
- Baguette with garlic butter:
- 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
- Toasted cocktail sandwich:
- 150g blue cheese (e.g. roquefort, brie, camembert, etc.)
- 1 pear (cut into thin slices)
- 50g walnuts (chopped)
- A few drops of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:

Baguette with garlic butter:Cut the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter into small slices and grill or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden.

Toasted cocktail sandwich:Place a piece of blue cheese on each slice of crispy baguette. Top the cheese with a thin slice of pear. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Drizzle each crostini with a few drops of olive oil. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.

Serving:Arrange the prepared crostini with blue cheeses, pear slices and walnuts on a large plate or board.
