Highlander Snack – Crostini with Oscypek Cheese and Cranberry

Ingredients:
  • Baguette with garlic butter:
  • 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
  • Crostini with oscypek cheese and cranberry:
  • 200g oscypek cheese (sliced)
  • 100g cranberry chutney
  • A few sprigs of fresh thyme (for decoration)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation method:
  • Baguette with garlic butter:
    Cut the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter into slices and grill or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden.
  • Crostini with oscypek cheese and cranberry:
    Place a slice of oscypek cheese on each slice of crispy baguette. Bake in the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the oscypek cheese starts to melt. Top each crostini with a spoonful of cranberry chutney. You can season to taste with salt and pepper, if needed. Garnish each crostini with a sprig of fresh thyme.
  • Serving:
    Arrange the prepared crostini with oscypek cheese and cranberry on a large plate or board.
