
Spanish-Style Snack – Toasted Cocktail Sandwich with Cream Cheese, Rocket, Slices of Polish Sausage, and Black & Green Olives
Ingredients:
- Baguette with garlic butter:
- 1 BakerVille baguette with garlic butter
- Toasted cocktail sandwich:
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 handful of rocket
- 100g slices of Polish sausage (e.g. Krakowska dried sausage)
- A few black olives (cut in half)
- A few green olives (cut in half)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:

Baguette with garlic butter:Cut the BakerVille baguette with garlic butter into small slices and grill or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until they are crispy and lightly golden.

Toasted cocktail sandwich:Spread an even layer of cream cheese on each slice of crispy baguette. Top with a few rocket leaves, Add a slice of Polish sausage, and halves of black and green olives. Drizzle each crostini with a little olive oil. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.

Serving:Arrange the prepared crostini with cream cheese, rocket, Polish sausage slices, and black and green olives on a large plate or board.
